The different options of the Managed Care Levy, administration and maintenance plus water, electricity and rates – are:

Basic Care – you get a high level of independent living with a 24-hour emergency call out;

Low Care - includes twice weekly servicing of apartments, a higher level of medical care such as daily nursing visits, administration of medicines (including injections); laundry, administration and bathing if required and general health monitoring;

Mid-Care – offers a higher level of service with daily bathing and apartment servicing and extra nursing if required.

A 24 bed health care unit with around-the-clock medical staff is available to residents who require care after illness or operation. This medical centre will be registered with the Department of Health.
